The Silvertech Group recognises that the health, safety and security of all personnel who work for and with Silvertech is critical to the success of the Group's business.

All Silvertech staff are responsible for ensuring health, safety and environmental regulations and standards are implemented and followed.

Our goals are simply stated - NO accidents and NO harm to individuals or damage to the environment.

We reduce the environmental impact of our operations by minimising waste and using energy efficiently.

We will continue to produce quality products which can be used safely by our customers.

With respect to health, safety and environmental matters, we will at all times endeavour to:

• provide a safe working environment
• ensure the allocation of adequate resources to health and safety matters
• ensure adequate health and safety information, training, instruction and provide supervision where necessary
• ensure all staff are suitably trained to perform their roles safely
• consult, listen and respond openly to our customers, employees and those who work with us
• work with others - our partners, suppliers, competitors and regulators to raise the health, safety and environmental standards of our industry

It is the duty of all employees to take personal responsibility for their own safety and to promote safe working practices in their working area. Please give safety your highest priority.

The effectiveness of this policy and other specific policies in use throughout the Group will be regularly reviewed and revised as and when necessary.
